Reliability Engineer (Junior & Discipline Levels)

About the role

We are seeking experienced and junior Reliability Engineers to support an active tender in Trinidad & Tobago's energy sector. The role focuses on improving plant asset availability, reliability, integrity and performance through troubleshooting, failure analysis and maintenance strategy development.

Key responsibilities

• Provide reliability engineering support for plant equipment and systems.
• Investigate equipment failures, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Analyse performance data to identify opportunities for reliability and availability improvements.
• Develop and optimise asset‑maintenance strategies and support multidisciplinary project teams.
• Participate in reliability studies, equipment assessments and improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years (junior) or 5 years (discipline) relevant Oil & Gas experience.
• Professional registration with BOETT, US P.E., or UK CEng preferred.
• Practical experience in design, operation and maintenance of plant equipment.
• Knowledge of plant‑maintenance philosophies and engineering project experience.
