Branch Supervisor – Operations (Tobago)

About the role

Rentokil Initial is seeking a proactive Branch Supervisor to lead its Tobago operations. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring service excellence, regulatory compliance, and sustained business growth across pest control and hygiene services.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily branch operations and manage the full contract lifecycle to align with corporate standards.
• Execute a two‑week quality assurance protocol for new services and perform spot‑checks on preparation usage.
• Analyse service reports for pest control and hygiene divisions to optimise scheduling for commercial and industrial clients.
• Oversee branch finances, including petty cash, accounts receivable collections (maintaining aging within 60‑90 days), and weekly revenue deposits.
• Conduct monthly inventory audits, ensure accurate job entry in iCABS, and maintain communication with the Trinidad head office.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years progressive experience in pest control or facility services, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Associate Degree or Diploma in Biology, Agriculture, Environmental Health, or Operations Management; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Valid Class 3 driver’s licence with a clean record; manual transmission preferred.
• Strong commercial mindset to make cost‑effective decisions.
• High emotional intelligence and a collaborative team spirit.
