About the role

We are looking for a professional, friendly, and customer‑focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience through timely and accurate assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing courteous assistance.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, social media, and in person.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, pricing, availability, and company policies.
• Process and follow up on customer requests, orders, and complaints.
• Resolve concerns efficiently and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records and documentation.
• Follow up with customers to confirm issues have been addressed.
• Liaise with internal departments to meet customer needs promptly.
• Assist in preparing service reports and identifying recurring concerns for management feedback.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an asset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional appearance, reliable, punctual, and customer‑focused.
