Digital Marketing Automation and Campaign Manager

About the role

Carenet Health is expanding in Trinidad & Tobago and is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Automation and Campaign Manager to join its growing global marketing team. The role brings marketing strategies to life through campaign execution, marketing automation, HubSpot administration, reporting and account-based marketing, working closely with Digital Marketing, Sales, SDRs and Revenue Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute integrated demand generation campaigns across email, digital, content, webinar, event and nurture channels
• Build and manage HubSpot campaigns, workflows, forms, landing pages, email programs, segmentation and automation
• Coordinate campaign calendars, launches, timelines and stakeholder deliverables
• Maintain lead routing, lifecycle stages, campaign attribution, database health and marketing data standards
• Develop dashboards and reports measuring campaign, funnel, pipeline and revenue performance
• Analyse marketing performance and recommend improvements to conversion rates and campaign effectiveness
• Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to strengthen alignment and support business growth

Required profile

• 5-7 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, marketing operations or marketing automation
• Experience building and optimising email marketing and lead nurture programmes
• Experience collaborating with sales teams and revenue operations
• Ability to manage multiple projects and campaign priorities at once

Required skills

• Advanced HubSpot experience (workflows, campaigns, reporting, segmentation, automation)
• Strong analytical, reporting, project management and organisational skills
• Preferred: healthcare, healthcare technology, healthcare services, contact centre or BPO experience
• Preferred: Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, marketing attribution, funnel analytics and revenue reporting
