Ground Handling Agent

About the role

Bristow Caribbean Limited, an aviation services provider for the energy industry, is looking for a qualified applicant to join its team as a Ground Handling Agent. The role covers the safe and efficient movement of passengers, baggage and freight, and requires working shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the safe and efficient movement of passengers, baggage and freight.
• Conduct passenger safety briefings and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
• Prepare and maintain flight manifests, freight records and related documentation.
• Load, unload and monitor baggage and freight in line with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Provide professional customer service and respond to passenger and freight inquiries.
• Operate ground support equipment and perform routine equipment inspections.
• Ensure compliance with company, client, aviation and safety standards.
• Report operational incidents, hazards and irregularities promptly.
• Other duties as required by the line supervisor.

Required profile

• CXC/GCE O'Level subjects, including English and Mathematics.
• Experience in customer service, logistics, aviation, ground handling or a related field is an asset.
• Valid driver's permit.
• Ability to work shifts and a strong focus on safety and operational compliance.
• Citizen of the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computerized systems.
