Warehouse Associate

About the role

Regency Recruitment and Resources Ltd. is hiring a Warehouse Associate for the Trinidad and Tobago bodega, reporting to the Production Coordinator. The role covers the safe and efficient receiving, storage, preparation, refurbishment, testing, documentation and dispatch of equipment and merchandise, in line with the company's quality, organisation, productivity and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and store merchandise, and clean and refurbish equipment
• Inspect and test equipment, checking identification, labelling and physical condition, and reporting defects or missing parts
• Prepare and dispatch merchandise and assist with shipping and receiving
• Clean CPE equipment and other production units (TV boxes, routers, cable modems) with approved chemicals, using PPE
• Perform cosmetic restoration such as polishing, sanding, residue removal and conditioning
• Replace damaged parts and operate the thermal sealing machine when needed
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area and meet daily production targets

Required profile

• Ability to work effectively in a team in dynamic environments
• Good eyesight and manual dexterity
• Reliable and able to follow instructions
