Junior Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Junior Accountant to join our team. In this role you will support daily accounting operations, assist with reconciliations and financial reporting, and help maintain accurate financial records in a dynamic, technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit statutory and regulatory reports to local authorities across multiple Caribbean territories.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of corporate income tax returns and related tax reconciliations.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and schedules.
• Help monitor internal financial controls and compile data for compliance reporting such as SOX, FATCA, CRS, or local equivalents.
• Coordinate the timely preparation of monthly management accounts, reporting templates and annual financial statements.

Required profile

• ACCA level 2 or a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Basic knowledge of IFRS.
• Flexible, organized and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strong integrity, professionalism and excellent communication skills.
• Certificate of Character as required by Know Your Employee guidelines.
