People, Analytics & Technology Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an innovative and detail‑oriented People, Analytics & Technology Analyst to join our People, Culture & Capability team. In this role you will combine people data, technology platforms and analytics to support decision‑making, improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, analyse and resolve issues reported on people‑technology systems, providing first‑line support to users.
• Create, maintain and deliver regular and ad‑hoc reports, queries, data extracts and dashboards while ensuring data accuracy through audits and reconciliations.
• Support system configuration updates, workflow changes, security access, form and data‑field maintenance.
• Document business requirements, process maps, SOPs, user guides and change logs; assist with testing, including User Acceptance Testing, of system enhancements and integrations.
• Participate in implementation and optimisation projects for people‑technology solutions, identifying root causes of recurring issues and recommending improvements.
• Identify training needs, develop training materials and deliver user support to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with data‑privacy, governance and access‑control requirements.

Required profile

• First‑degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business, Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience supporting people systems, analytics, reporting or related technology‑enabled functions.
• Proven experience preparing reports, maintaining data quality and providing end‑user support.
