Production Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Production Supervisor who thrives on the shop floor, anticipates problems before they arise and bridges management strategy with floor execution. You will optimise workflow, ensure safety and drive efficiency in a high‑performance manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate daily workflow to meet production targets.
• Enforce strict health and safety compliance.
• Monitor machinery efficiency and assist with troubleshooting.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to reduce waste.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in light manufacturing (supervisory experience preferred).
• Education: 5 CXC passes including Math and English; technical degree in Engineering or Industrial fields.
• Computer literate, able to work under pressure and willing to get hands‑dirty to troubleshoot equipment.
