Trainee Automotive Technician

About the role

This is a hands‑on, entry‑level opportunity to learn automotive technology installation. You will work directly with dash cams and related vehicle systems, receiving on‑the‑job training from experienced technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Install dash cams and related vehicle technology across a variety of vehicles.
• Assist the lead technician in the workshop and on mobile installation jobs.
• Learn professional installation standards, wiring, and product configuration.
• Test and quality‑check each installation before handing it back to the customer.
• Develop skills toward becoming a qualified automotive technician.

Required profile

• Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
• Careful, detail‑oriented, and proud of clean workmanship.
• Coachable and eager to learn a trade.
• Reliable transportation for mobile installations.
• Physically comfortable performing hands‑on work around vehicles.
• Any hands‑on background (automotive, electrical, electronics, or general repair) is a plus.
