Risk Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and analytical Risk Analyst to support the identification, assessment, monitoring and mitigation of organizational risks. The role works closely with the Manager of Risk Management to provide data‑driven insights that strengthen operational resilience, regulatory compliance and overall risk management effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Implement risk measurement metrics covering market, credit, liquidity and operational risks.
• Assist in preparing risk reports for internal and external meetings, including Board presentations.
• Identify and assess risks that could affect business objectives and maintain an inventory of risks, mitigation plans and controls.
• Prepare monthly yield curves and quarterly credit and corporate risk premiums.
• Support security valuation exercises by preparing input files and reviewing derived bond prices.
• Prepare annual credit ratings, reviews and outlooks on holdings to meet IFRS requirements.
• Stay informed of regional and international developments and transfer best practices where applicable.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• At least three years of relevant experience, with a minimum of two years in the investment‑management industry.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
