Sales Support – Multinational Corporations

About the role

The Sales Support – Multinational Corporations role at Liberty Business in Trinidad provides commercial and administrative assistance to the Global Account Management team serving multinational customers. Working closely with Global Account Managers, Customer Success Managers and internal stakeholders, you will ensure quotes, contracts and commercial activities progress smoothly from identification to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day commercial support for high‑value multinational accounts, including preparation of quotations, proposals, pricing requests and related documentation.
• Manage the end‑to‑end quotation and order process, ensuring compliance with pricing policies, internal approvals and timely hand‑off to implementation teams.
• Coordinate strategic account plans, maintain contract and pricing records, and support the preparation of account performance reports and presentations.
• Track opportunities in the CRM/ERP, update forecasts, and flag potential delays or risks to account managers and sales leadership.
• Respond to customer requests, route them to the appropriate internal teams, and act as the central liaison between Global Account Managers and cross‑functional groups.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Telecommunications, Finance or a related discipline (preferred).
• 3‑5+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations, account management or commercial operations, preferably within telecommunications, technology, IT services, cloud or managed‑services environments.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
