About the role

Guardian Group is seeking a full‑time Salesperson to join its hybrid team in Trinidad and Tobago. The role focuses on promoting the company’s insurance, retirement and investment products while delivering a customer‑centric experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients for insurance, retirement and investment solutions.
• Manage a portfolio of existing customers, conducting regular meetings to assess financial needs.
• Prepare tailored proposals and close sales in line with company targets.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Stay informed on product offerings, regulatory requirements and market trends.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education; diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field is advantageous.
• Proven experience in consultative selling, lead generation and account management.
• Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Integrity, resilience, curiosity and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Comfort using digital communication platforms and basic office software for pipeline management and reporting.
