Senior Investment Advisor

About the role

The Senior Investment Advisor will acquire and manage corporate clients and high‑net‑worth individuals (HNWI) with investable balances of at least TT$500K. Using the GAMISL suite of mutual funds, the advisor will design tailored investment strategies and upsell private‑wealth and merchant‑bank solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with HNWIs, corporate executives and business owners.
• Monitor redemptions, report performance, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Develop referral networks and centres of influence.
• Conduct portfolio reviews and follow up on client enquiries.
• Identify and refer upsell opportunities to Private Wealth, Merchant Banking and other units.
• Stay updated on GAM’s product offerings, policies, competitor activity and market trends.
• Execute additional duties assigned by the Sales Manager.

Required profile

• First‑degree in Finance or a related field.
• Certified Financial Planner (CEP) qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services, with at least 3 years of proven sales success serving corporate and HNWI clients.
• Strong integrity, professionalism and a results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
