Senior Manager – Financial Risk

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and analytical Senior Manager – Financial Risk to lead the development and implementation of our financial risk management frameworks. You will work closely with the Group Chief Risk Officer to ensure robust risk identification, mitigation and reporting across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, embed and continuously improve the Financial Risk Management framework and risk culture across business units.
• Develop and maintain the Group’s financial risk policy, aligning it with risk appetite, regulatory requirements and the Group’s strategic objectives.
• Support the CRO in the annual review and approval of the Group’s financial risk appetite statements, covering credit, interest‑rate, liquidity, equity and investment return risks.
• Oversee business‑unit risk registers and ensure financial risks are properly documented.
• Guide business units in preparing accurate, timely financial risk reports for management and board risk committees.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Banking, Finance or Risk Management.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in risk, operations or management roles.
• Certificate of Character required due to regulated‑entity obligations.
