Warehouse Receiver/Dispatcher

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Receiver/Dispatcher to manage the accurate receipt, inspection, storage, and dispatch of products in our warehouse. You will ensure that all incoming and outgoing merchandise matches the required documentation while maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and accept products after inspecting documentation and verifying quantities.
• Prepare and dispatch products, confirming that descriptions and quantities match shipping paperwork.
• Inspect all products and the entrances/exits of vans, trucks, and containers.
• Complete receiving, dispatch, inspection, and inventory records accurately and on time.
• Identify and report discrepancies, damage, or non‑conforming items immediately.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory control activities.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of warehouse items.
• Follow established warehouse, receiving, dispatch, and inventory procedures.
• Communicate improvement opportunities and contribute to corrective actions.
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in receiving, dispatch, warehouse, inventory control, or logistics.
• Knowledge of warehouse storage, inventory control, and container inspection procedures.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, good documentation practices, and solid organizational skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and work effectively in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
