Field Sales Representative

About the role

The Field Sales Representative is a permanent full‑time position based in San Juan, responsible for driving sales across the company’s full portfolio of products and services. The role involves visiting existing and potential customers, presenting tailored solutions, and building long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Visit existing and potential customers, present tailored solutions, and follow up to secure orders.
• Prospect and generate leads, conduct in‑person meetings and product demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, manage order documentation, and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery.
• Monitor market trends, maintain accurate sales records, and achieve assigned sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales, account management or business development, preferably in office supplies or related industries.
• Strong customer relationship skills with ability to engage clients in person and understand their needs.
• Solid communication and negotiation abilities, confident in delivering presentations and closing deals.
• Ability to plan routes, manage time effectively and work independently.
• Valid driver’s permit and willingness to travel locally.
• Minimum secondary school education (5 O’Level passes) and well‑spoken English.
