HR Administrative Intern

About the role

The HR Administrative Intern will support the Division HR Manager in delivering high‑quality HR services. This role offers hands‑on experience with HR processes, documentation, and employee support while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance to the Division HR Manager.
• Handle clerical tasks related to HR documents, reports, performance indicators, and correspondence.
• Assist with new employee orientation and ongoing employee support.
• Support planning and execution of HR events.
• Prepare NIS/BIR documentation as required.
• Maintain compliance with data privacy and protection guidelines.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives and special projects.

Required profile

• BSc degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent administrative and organizational skills.
• Mature, confidential, and capable of handling complex issues.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
