Senior Manager, Business Operations

About the role

The Senior Manager, Business Operations partners directly with the Country Manager/VP & General Manager to drive performance across Liberty Caribbean’s B2C and B2B segments. This strategic role translates market, customer and competitive intelligence into actionable insights that support executive decision‑making and the execution of the company’s strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of regional business operations, analysing performance, market trends and competitive dynamics.
• Produce and continuously improve management reporting frameworks, KPIs and executive dashboards for senior leadership.
• Lead the creation and delivery of business intelligence reports, dashboards and insights that inform growth initiatives.
• Support strategic planning by building business cases, frameworks and recommendations for operational transformation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and regional teams to ensure timely reporting for governance forums and leadership meetings.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing data‑driven perspectives on opportunities, risks and strategic projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive cross‑functional synergies.

Required profile

• Significant experience in business operations, performance reporting or strategic analytics, preferably within the telecom sector.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior executives.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of driving operational efficiencies and supporting growth initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and regions.
