Senior Project Director – Mixed-Use Development

About the role

We are seeking a senior Regional Project Director to lead the delivery of a large portfolio of multi‑phase mixed‑use developments across the Caribbean, based in Trinidad & Tobago.

Key responsibilities

• Full end‑to‑end accountability for major mixed‑use development projects.
• Lead multiple concurrent projects across Caribbean jurisdictions.
• Manage project programme, budget, quality and delivery performance.
• Lead Project Managers, architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, consultants and contractors.
• Oversee procurement strategy, tendering and major contract negotiations.
• Manage project governance, commercial exposure and risk.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met across jurisdictions.
• Provide senior leadership with clear reporting on programme, cost, risk and key decisions.

Required profile

• 15+ years’ experience in major construction, real‑estate development or programme/project leadership.
• Proven delivery of large‑scale, multi‑phase mixed‑use developments.
• Experience across residential, commercial, retail and hospitality sectors.
• Strong commercial, procurement and contract‑management capability.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary consultants, contractors and project teams.
• Regional or multi‑jurisdictional project experience.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture or related discipline.
• Professional qualifications such as PMP or RICS are advantageous.
