Account Executive

About the role

We are looking for a driven, relationship‑focused Account Executive to join Guardian Life of the Caribbean Limited. In this position you will build and manage client relationships across the Caribbean, identify new business opportunities and deliver tailored life, health and pension insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as liaison between the company, insurance brokers and corporate clients to generate and secure new business.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and tenders for group insurance products.
• Support the field force with sales and marketing materials and conduct group insurance training sessions.
• Maintain and analyse the client database, conduct market research and profiling for the captive market.
• Assist with premium collection for group health and life policies.
• Produce regular business reports for management, including new business, renewals and loss‑ratio analysis.
• Participate in projects and initiatives related to employee benefits and back‑office administration.

Required profile

• Strong relationship‑building and communication abilities.
• Passion for sales, customer service and achieving results.
• Experience or interest in insurance, financial services or related sectors.
• Ability to work across multiple Caribbean territories.
