Sales & Delivery Specialist

About the role

Relaxinsoles Ltd, a fast-growing company in Trinidad and Tobago that makes shoe inserts, orthotics and foot-care solutions, is looking for a Sales & Delivery Specialist. The role combines timely product delivery with sales promotion and customer relationship building, and includes collaboration with sales representatives on some days to maximise sales along delivery routes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver orders to assigned locations on time
• Provide excellent customer service, answering inquiries and resolving concerns
• Record relevant demographic and psychographic data for customers where needed
• Review orders before and after delivery for completeness, charge accuracy and customer satisfaction
• Follow assigned routes and time schedules
• Carry out other duties delegated by the manager

Required profile

• Possession or access to a well-maintained vehicle and a valid driver's licence
• Prior experience in delivery or sales roles and a demonstrated aptitude for customer service
• Working schedule of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, which may vary depending on daily deliveries; route options are East-West or Central-South (up to San Fernando)

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for tracking and managing sales data and customer information
• Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills
• Must have a working phone with an active data plan, and a device that can access the First Citizens T&T MFirst app

What we offer

• Base salary of $3,700 plus commission tied to sales performance
• Earnings potential of up to $6,100 (Tier 1), $8,700 (Tier 2) or $10,700 (Tier 3), including the base
