Key Account Executive (Remote)

About the role

Bioquímica Panamericana is hiring a full-time, remote Key Account Executive to manage and grow strategic customer relationships. The role covers account planning, identifying new business opportunities and negotiating commercial terms to meet sales and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop account plans, identify new business opportunities and negotiate commercial terms.
• Hold regular virtual meetings with key clients and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery, quality service and issue resolution.
• Prepare sales forecasts, monitor market trends and give feedback on customer needs to support product and service improvements.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Represent the company in online customer events and training sessions.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts, build long-term client relationships and drive revenue growth.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality service and solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Prior experience in pharmaceuticals, life sciences or related industries is highly beneficial.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is an advantage, along with strong intercultural communication skills.

• Negotiation, commercial analysis and strategic planning for major accounts.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, spreadsheets and presentation software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, proactive problem solving and the ability to work independently remotely.
