Associate Manager, Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Associate Manager, Talent Acquisition leads end‑to‑end recruitment for a portfolio of complex and senior positions across Liberty Caribbean, including senior leadership roles. Reporting to the Local People Business Partner, the role combines hands‑on sourcing, candidate assessment and partnership with hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for regular, complex and senior roles, from intake to pre‑boarding handover.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using direct search, LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referral channels and specialist job boards.
• Conduct structured evaluation of professional qualifications, certifications and credentials.
• Lead confidential senior‑level searches for Director or Head of Function positions with discretion.
• Partner with functional leaders to understand organisational structure, succession needs and act as a trusted talent advisor.
• Support talent management initiatives by identifying internal mobility opportunities.
• Advise hiring managers on compensation benchmarks, candidate availability and assessment frameworks.
• Brief and manage external recruitment partners, ensuring quality shortlists and adherence to SLAs.
• Activate the employer brand through recruitment events, career fairs, targeted campaigns and collaboration with People & Communications.
• Run employee referral programmes and drive LinkedIn engagement to build sustainable talent pipelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment for senior and complex roles, preferably within a regional or multinational environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage confidential searches and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of succession planning and talent management concepts.
• Excellent judgment, discretion and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across internal teams and external partners.
