Brand and People Experience Operations Associate

About the role

The Brand and People Experience Operations Associate will join Sagicor Life Inc.'s Brand & People Experience – Operations team in Trinidad. The role focuses on processing supplier invoices, supporting procurement activities, and maintaining the corporate brand image at the highest standards. It also contributes to key company initiatives such as events and brand programs.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare procurement documentation, purchase orders, vendor onboarding, and ensure contract payment terms are honoured.
• Process end‑to‑end invoices, including approval, tracking, submission and reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, contracts, commitments and supporting documentation.
• Support initiatives that strengthen engagement, culture, reputation and brand visibility, including flagship programs.
• Identify operational risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Associate's Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a similar position.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract administration and vendor management.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities with capacity to interpret operational and financial data.
• Ability to manage cross‑functional projects and forge lasting relationships.

• Proficiency with word processing applications (Word).
• Database management skills.
