Financial Advisor (Hybrid)

About the role

This full‑time Financial Advisor position is based in San Fernando with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some flexibility to work from home. You will meet with clients to assess their financial goals, risk tolerance and current situation, then develop tailored plans to build and protect wealth.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on investments, retirement planning, insurance solutions and other financial products.
• Prepare financial projections, monitor client portfolios and recommend adjustments as market conditions change.
• Maintain accurate client records and stay informed about market trends, regulatory changes and Sagicor’s product offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams, participate in client outreach activities and uphold high ethical standards.

Required profile

• Relevant academic background in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field; professional certifications such as CFP or CFA are an asset.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and numerical abilities with the capacity to communicate complex financial concepts clearly.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, client‑focused mindset and ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
• Prior experience in financial services, insurance or wealth management and familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements.
