Administrative & Accounting Assistant

About the role

We are seeking an organized, customer‑focused professional to manage inventory control and maintenance/service contracts while providing support across accounting and general administrative functions.

Key responsibilities

• Selling and preparing maintenance/service contracts, and following up on renewals.
• Managing inventory control, including regular stock counts and movement records.
• Handling customer‑facing communication – phone, walk‑in, and account follow‑up.
• Supporting accounts functions – invoicing, receipts, and customer account follow‑up.
• Maintaining accurate filing and documentation systems.
• Providing general administrative support as needed.

Required profile

• Customer‑facing experience, comfortable selling and supporting customers directly.
• Experience with inventory control or stock management.
• Experience working with accounting software (AccountEdge is a strong asset).
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced office.
