Executive Chef – Hotel Culinary Leader

About the role

As an Executive Chef you will lead all culinary operations for a Hilton hotel, creating memorable dining experiences that reflect the brand’s commitment to exceptional hospitality. You will inspire your team, innovate menus, and ensure every guest enjoys high‑quality food in a welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct all kitchen activities, overseeing preparation, production, presentation, cost control and profitability.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to design new menus and individual items aligned with current trends and regional tastes.
• Engage with guests to gather feedback, resolve concerns and continuously improve the dining experience.
• Manage financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, reporting and adherence to financial targets.
• Streamline kitchen systems, processes and workflows to maintain efficient, smooth operations.
• Develop a high‑performing team by providing performance management, professional development and recognition.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations.

Required profile

• Degree, diploma or formal certification in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• HACCP, Food Safety and Sanitation certifications.
• 10‑15 years of progressive culinary leadership experience, including roles as Head of Kitchen, Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef.
• Experience managing multi‑outlet hotel operations (fine dining, all‑day dining, banquets, conferences) and large catering events of 500+ guests.
• Demonstrated alignment with Hilton’s core values of integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and urgency.
