About the role

As a Food & Beverage Manager at Hilton, you will lead the daily operations of multiple dining outlets, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience. You will combine operational excellence with strategic marketing to drive profitability while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily food and beverage operations for designated outlets, overseeing quality, service, and marketing initiatives.
• Develop and implement guest satisfaction strategies, monitor trends, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvements.
• Oversee administrative and planning functions, ensuring smooth operations and implementing cost controls for food, beverage, and labor.
• Support delivery of exceptional food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor team members, providing development opportunities and recognizing achievements.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Management, Hospitality/Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years progressive Food & Beverage management experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within a branded full‑service hotel.
• Strong knowledge of cost control, inventory management, labor productivity, revenue forecasting, HACCP/food safety, and POS reporting platforms.
