Service Champion

About the role

The Service Champion will deliver exceptional customer service and support daily store operations in a Haagen‑Dazs outlet. You will help create a welcoming environment, drive sales, and uphold brand standards while ensuring a safe and clean store for both customers and teammates.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, timely service and handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of products, menu items, promotions, and brand standards.
• Accurately take orders, prepare ice‑cream and beverage items according to approved recipes, portion weights, and presentation guidelines.
• Promote upselling and current in‑store promotional offers to maximize sales.
• Maintain personal appearance, hygiene, and proper uniform compliance.
• Perform cleaning, waste disposal, bathroom checks, and floor care to keep the store spotless.
• Execute opening and closing procedures, inventory checks, and product portioning practices.
• Assist with handling bulk ice‑cream containers, supply orders, and general store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members, demonstrating integrity, reliability, and punctuality.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to ethics, integrity, and brand standards.
• Ability to work physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 17 lb items and standing for long periods.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
