About the role
The Financial Sales Representative will join the Cheryl Edwards‑Gilkes Unit of Pan American Life Insurance Group to promote and sell insurance solutions. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided.
Key responsibilities
- Engage prospective clients and present insurance products.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to generate repeat business.
- Collaborate with supportive team members to achieve sales targets.
- Utilise training and resources to continuously improve sales techniques.
Required profile
- Minimum of 5 CSEC passes, including Mathematics.
- Motivated, disciplined and goal‑oriented.
- Vehicle ownership is an asset but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a sales environment.
