Growth Marketing & Creative Specialist

About the role

Relaxinsoles, a fast-growing e-commerce foot care company based in Trinidad and Tobago, is hiring a full-time Growth Marketing & Creative Specialist in Tunapuna, reporting to the Managing Director within the Marketing department. The role is a revenue-growth position: protect and expand the existing digital revenue engine while building the channels, systems and assets that will drive future growth.

Key responsibilities

• Protect today's revenue: develop monthly content strategies, lead creative ideation and edit high-performing ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok
• Create multiple creative variations for A/B testing, repurpose content into organic posts and campaign assets, and capture authentic behind-the-scenes in-house content
• Be comfortable on camera and brief the external shoot agency about bi-monthly shoots, then delegate publishing to the Customer Service Representative
• Maintain the content calendar, review ad performance weekly, and keep an organised creative asset library
• Build tomorrow's revenue engines: scale TikTok, build customer retention, email and SMS automation, referral and loyalty programmes, and test new acquisition channels
• Own one major quarterly growth initiative from concept to measurable outcome

Required profile

• Proven experience creating paid social creatives for Meta platforms
• Strong copywriting, especially hooks and short-form ad scripts
• Excellent organisation, analytical mindset and proactive communication
• Comfortable on camera and in ambiguous situations
• Preferred: Meta ad analytics, TikTok track record, content shoot coordination, email marketing or CRM experience, e-commerce background

Required skills

• Video editing (CapCut or equivalent)
• Graphic design fundamentals (Canva, Adobe or equivalent)
• Personal laptop required; company provides a shared hard drive and Zoho access
