Growth & Partnerships Coordinator

About the role

Novel Sports is seeking a self‑driven Growth & Partnerships Coordinator to support upcoming sport‑related projects and events. The role blends sales, marketing and business development to expand the brand’s reach and generate new revenue streams.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell sport‑related events, products and services.
• Identify, negotiate and secure sponsorship, advertising and strategic partnership opportunities.
• Generate and close new business leads through digital channels and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Represent the Novel Sports brand across communities, stakeholders and online platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, business development or sponsorship.
• Strong communication, networking and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for sport, technology and innovation.
