Technical Sales & Service Specialist

About the role

The Technical Sales & Service Specialist drives business development and provides customer support for new and existing clients in the petroleum, cement and broader industrial sectors. This field‑focused position combines on‑site visits, technical presentations and training with office‑based proposal and quotation management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, addressing technical and service needs.
• Conduct on‑site visits, both onshore and offshore, to assess client requirements and provide product demonstrations.
• Deliver technical presentations and training sessions to client teams.
• Prepare and manage proposals, quotations, and follow‑up communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and services.

Required profile

• Strong background in technical sales or service within industrial sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
• Ability to travel frequently for field visits (approximately 2.5–3 days per week).
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
