Insurance Sales & Client Relations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven professional to lead insurance sales and client relationship initiatives. The role focuses on building strong client connections, driving portfolio performance, and guiding a sales team toward business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture client relationships at all levels.
• Design and execute sales strategies for a full range of insurance products.
• Conduct continuous market and industry analysis to stay current with trends and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 CXC/CSEC subjects or equivalent work experience, preferably with managerial background.
• Proven strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience leading teams and driving sales results.
• Ability to work independently while managing collaborative team efforts.
