Junior Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Accountant to support daily accounting operations, assist with reconciliations and financial reporting, and help maintain accurate financial records within a dynamic Caribbean financial services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit statutory and regulatory reports to local authorities across multiple territories.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and schedules.
• Assist with corporate income tax preparation, filing and related tax reconciliations.
• Help monitor internal financial controls and compile data for compliance reporting such as SOX, FATCA, CRS or local equivalents.
• Contribute to the timely preparation of monthly management accounts, reporting templates and annual financial statements.

Required profile

• ACCA level 2 or a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Strong time‑management, organizational and reporting skills with the ability to work independently.
• Unquestionable integrity, professionalism and strong communication abilities.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of IFRS.
