About the role

Sagicor is seeking a full‑time hybrid Financial Advisor to join its purpose‑driven team. You will work both from the office and remotely, meeting clients to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and current situation, and then create tailored financial and retirement plans.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client financial objectives, risk profile, and existing assets.
• Develop personalized investment, insurance, and savings strategies.
• Analyze market trends and adjust client portfolios as needed.
• Prepare proposals, reports, and maintain accurate client records.
• Collaborate with internal teams and participate in outreach and educational events to grow the client base.

Required profile

• Strong financial planning and advisory expertise.
• Relevant academic background in Finance, Sales or Marketing.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and judgment abilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to build long‑term client relationships.
• Ethical mindset with a commitment to regulatory compliance and client‑centered service.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
