Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will own the full‑cycle hiring process, from sourcing to offer support, while delivering a positive candidate experience and aligning recruitment activities with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruiting: job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer administration.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and workforce needs.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and build talent pipelines for current and future openings.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the process.
• Accurately record activity in the ATS and monitor progress against hiring timelines.
• Support onboarding hand‑off and contribute to recruitment process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of recruiting or relevant HR experience.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Sound judgment, problem‑solving ability and a candidate‑first mindset.
