Sales Coordinator

About the role

FT Farfan Limited is looking for a Sales Coordinator to oversee and streamline the daily operations of its sales support team. The role coordinates cross-departmental work from quotation to final dispatch, supports client retention and business development, and helps meet departmental sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end processing of product and equipment orders, from quotation to delivery
• Process quotations, delivery notes and invoices in line with company pricing and approval policies
• Act as the main link between the sales team and Logistics, Finance and Operations to secure product availability and delivery timelines
• Source quotations and procure non-stock items from local and foreign suppliers
• Log local purchase invoices and purchase orders and forward them to accounts payable
• Review delivery note reports, check invoicing against company policy and give the operations team a monthly status report
• Provide customers with product and service information
• Help manage and update the weekly sales pipeline and quotation log for accurate revenue forecasting
• Enter quotations and invoices accurately into customer portals
• Track competitor pricing through market research
• Mentor the Industrial Customer Service Representative and monitor telemarketing campaigns to improve lead conversion
• Maintain and audit the CRM database and help generate weekly customer coverage reports
• Follow HSE policies and promote HSE awareness within the team

Required profile

• Minimum of five CSEC/GCE O Level passes, including English and Mathematics
• At least two years' experience in administration or a similar position
• Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, with a high degree of autonomy and attention to detail
