Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a confident and self‑motivated Sales Representative to join oDeliver’s growing sales team. In this role you will be responsible for acquiring new merchant partners and guiding them through the onboarding process to become active users of our delivery solution.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and proactively contact potential merchants through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media and in‑person visits.
• Present oDeliver’s delivery solutions clearly and professionally.
• Onboard merchants, assist with sign‑up and first shipment, and ensure they become active users.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sign‑ups and activations.
• Follow up consistently to drive merchant engagement and meet KPI targets.

Required profile

• Prior sales experience preferred (B2B, field sales, telesales or merchant acquisition).
• Goal‑oriented and KPI‑driven mindset.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and handling rejection.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Organised with solid follow‑up habits.
• Reliable personal car for field visits.
