Senior Manager – Change Management & Adoption

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, people‑focused leader to drive enterprise‑wide change initiatives that align with our business strategy. In this senior role you will guide stakeholders, build change capability and embed sustainable transformation across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the Group’s change management framework, toolkit and governance.
• Develop change strategies for major programmes, articulating impacts, readiness and adoption pathways.
• Conduct organisational impact assessments, stakeholder analyses and adoption risk evaluations.
• Lead change delivery for strategic programmes, overseeing communication, training, readiness and reinforcement activities.
• Track and report adoption KPIs, behavioural changes and utilisation of new processes and systems.
• Coach business‑unit leaders and managers to execute change responsibilities and build internal capability.
• Maintain a central repository of change artefacts, playbooks and templates.
• Design enterprise communication strategies to ensure transparency, alignment and trust across multiple territories.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications, Psychology or related field.
• Post‑graduate qualification or equivalent preferred.
• Prosci certification or equivalent strongly preferred.
• 7‑10 years of experience leading major programmes in complex, multi‑territory organisations.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive adoption.
