Senior Manager – Change Management & Adoption

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, people‑focused leader to drive enterprise‑wide change initiatives. The Senior Manager – Change Management & Adoption will shape the Group’s change capability, ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems, and embed sustainable transformation across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the Group’s change management framework, toolkit and governance.
• Develop change strategies for major programmes, including impact assessments, stakeholder analyses and adoption risk evaluations.
• Lead delivery of communication, training, readiness and reinforcement activities to drive adoption and track KPIs.
• Coach business‑unit leaders to build internal change capability and maintain a central repository of artefacts, playbooks and templates.
• Design enterprise communication strategies that ensure transparency, alignment and trust across multiple territories.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications, Psychology or related field; postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Prosci or equivalent change‑management certification strongly preferred.
• 7‑10 years of experience leading major programmes in complex, multi‑territory organisations.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive adoption.
