Senior Manager – Change Management & Adoption

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, people‑focused leader to drive enterprise‑wide change initiatives that align with business strategy, boost employee engagement, and ensure the successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the Group’s change management framework, toolkit, and governance.
• Develop change strategies for major initiatives, including impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and adoption risk evaluations.
• Lead change delivery for strategic programmes, coordinating communication, training, readiness, and reinforcement activities.
• Track and report adoption KPIs, behavioural changes, and real‑world utilisation of new processes and systems.
• Coach business‑unit leaders and managers to build internal change capability and maintain a central repository of change artefacts.
• Design enterprise communication strategies that ensure transparency, alignment, and trust across multiple territories.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications, Psychology or related field (post‑graduate qualification preferred).
• Prosci certification or equivalent strongly preferred.
• 7‑10 years of experience leading major programmes in complex, multi‑territory organisations.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive adoption.
