Product Line Champion – Tubular Running Services

About the role

Analyze, plan, organize, commercialize and sustain Tubular Running Services (TRS) products throughout their life‑cycle, turning customer and field requirements into safe, reliable and commercially viable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the highest safety, security and compliance standards, embedding quality and risk‑reduction measures in design, deployment and service delivery.
• Lead product‑line quality initiatives, investigate incidents, drive corrective actions and ensure field procedures align with approved configurations.
• Define and direct TRS product and service strategy, providing global technical leadership for casing and tubing running systems, power tongs, control systems and automated handling solutions.
• Partner with R&D, engineering, supply chain and project teams to develop requirements, qualification plans and post‑job performance reviews.
• Develop commercialization plans, support tenders, technical clarifications and customer presentations, and promote TRS technology through papers and events.
• Define and monitor KPIs for safety, service quality, reliability, utilization, maintenance cost and revenue, preparing business cases for product development and automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of oilfield experience with substantial exposure to Tubular Running Services.
• Proven experience supporting field operations, technical problem solving and equipment reliability.
• Experience in strategic planning, product life‑cycle management, commercialization and Management of Change.
