Counter Sales Representative

About the role

As a Counter Sales Representative at Total Tool, you will be the front‑line contact for customers in the electrical, mechanical and construction sectors, providing knowledgeable service and supporting sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, both in‑person and over the phone.
• Process quotes and orders, coordinating with Outside Sales to ensure a seamless experience.
• Stay up‑to‑date on product offerings and industry trends through ongoing training.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Highly motivated, detail‑oriented and able to thrive in a team environment.
• Willingness to grow a career with an industry‑leading company.

Required skills

• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software.
