Financial Advisor (Hybrid)

About the role

The Financial Advisor position is a full‑time hybrid role based in Chaguanas, Trinidad and Tobago. You will work both on‑site and from home, helping individual and corporate clients achieve their financial objectives through tailored advice and product recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients to assess financial goals and current situations.
• Prepare and present customized financial proposals covering life insurance, retirement planning, investments and other services.
• Manage client portfolios, conduct regular reviews and adjust strategies as needed.
• Prospect new clients, follow up on leads and build a sustainable client base.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and support.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, product developments and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Strong background in financial planning and retirement planning.
• Solid understanding of finance, investments and risk assessment.
• Proven experience in financial advisory, client assessment and ongoing guidance.
• Relevant academic qualifications in finance, economics, business or related fields; professional certifications are a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to build trust and explain complex concepts.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
