Warehouse Logistics Manager

About the role

The Warehouse Logistics Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Barataria. The role oversees daily warehouse operations—including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch—to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff, monitor performance and enforce health‑ and safety standards.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts and reconcile stock using warehouse or ERP systems.
• Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to align warehouse activities with purchasing and customer demand.
• Optimize warehouse layout and processes for efficiency, safety and cost effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot logistics issues, improve workflow and support reliable, on‑time deliveries.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in warehouse management, staff supervision and workflow planning.
• Background in operations or supply‑chain management to coordinate with purchasing, sales and logistics.
• Proficiency in inventory management, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
• Relevant qualification such as a diploma or degree in logistics, supply‑chain or operations management, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to analyse data, implement process improvements and manage KPIs related to efficiency, accuracy and safety.
