Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a creative, data‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the design and execution of high‑impact digital campaigns that boost brand awareness, customer engagement and business growth across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing and communication plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Create and maintain guidelines, messaging frameworks and visual identity standards for regional communications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to produce compelling content and collateral.
• Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing and display advertising activities.
• Manage social media strategy, scheduling and content creation, and ensure website and blog optimisation for SEO.
• Lead influencer and affiliate marketing programmes to expand reach.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities and risks.
• Measure and report on campaign performance using KPIs and ROI metrics.
• Administer the digital marketing budget, track spending and provide financial reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience managing digital marketing initiatives at a regional or business‑unit level.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
