About the role
New Vision Accounting & Professional Services Limited is recruiting two associates for a fixed asset verification team at a large site, with a projected start date of 3 December 2026. The work involves physically checking fixed assets against printed register sheets.
Key responsibilities
- Physically verify fixed assets against printed asset register sheets
- Check tags, descriptions, locations and condition
- Identify untagged, unrecorded and idle assets
- Record results clearly on printed count sheets and take photos as evidence
Required profile
- An accounting, finance or audit background (studying or qualified)
- Strong attention to detail and neat, accurate recording
- Ability to work on-site, on your feet, and follow safety rules
- Full availability for about 25 working days
- Willingness to sign a confidentiality undertaking
