Learning and Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, people‑focused Learning and Development Manager to lead employee growth across our fully remote organization. You will design, deliver and evaluate training programs that close skill gaps, foster a culture of continuous learning, and empower our global workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with C‑level executives and department heads to identify skill gaps and align L&D initiatives with business goals.
• Design and deliver engaging training curriculum, including e‑learning modules, virtual workshops and micro‑learning for a distributed workforce.
• Lead and continuously improve the remote onboarding program to ensure new hires feel welcomed and integrated.
• Oversee the Learning Management System, guaranteeing course accessibility, usability and accurate tracking.
• Forecast, monitor and optimise the annual L&D budget and negotiate contracts with external training vendors.
• Analyse training metrics, conduct skills audits and measure ROI, using learner feedback to refine programs.
• Collaborate with managers and HR to create leadership development and career‑pathing frameworks that support talent retention.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 2 years in a remote or distributed environment.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theories, blended learning strategies and instructional design principles.
• Proven ability to manage, coach and evaluate teams in virtual settings.
• Excellent written, verbal and virtual presentation skills.
